On average, about 20 business days from the time all parties agree upon price.  However, it may take shorter or longer depending upon the process.

No, it does not matter if the property still has a mortgage.  We will take that into account in determining a fair price offer for your property.

Also, not a problem - we will consider outstanding mortgage payments and other fees when determining a fair value offer for your property.

We can discuss this to come up with a move out date that fits your schedule.

Not at all!  We take care of all closing costs and other related fees.  All you have to worry about is what closing date works for you and if needed what move out date fits your schedule.

Although an attorney is not required to sell your home to us, we strongly suggest that you retain the services of one.  A competent and knowledgeable real estate attorney can help ensure that the closing moves at the appropriate pace allowing for a faster and more efficient closing particularly if you, the seller, do not understand the legal closing procedures involved in a house sale.
